Bra & Panties Match / Tuxedo Match

The Bra & Panties match is a stipulation reserved exclusively for female wrestlers. The participants do not wear their usual ring attire but instead dress in pants and a t-shirt (or other similar two-piece garments). There are no pinfalls or submissions in this match; the only way to win is by forcibly stripping the opponent down to her bra and panties.

This match also doesn't have count-outs or disqualifications, although being a female-exclusive stipulation, it is generally not very violent. It is mostly contested in 1 vs 1 format, but there have been tag team, handicap, multi-wrestler, and even Gauntlet versions. In team versions, victory is usually achieved by stripping just one of the opponents.

In WCW, the Bra & Panties match was known as the ROTC (Rip Off The Camouflage) match, where participants wore camouflage outfits.

A variation of this match is the Evening Gown match, where the wrestlers wear a long evening gown and must strip their opponent of the gown to win.

Tuxedo Match

There is also a male version of this match called the Tuxedo match. In this stipulation, both participants wear a tuxedo, and to win, they must strip their opponent down to their underwear by removing the various pieces of the tuxedo.
