A No Disqualification (No-DQ) Match is defined by one key element: the absence of disqualification.

This stipulation follows the basic rules of a Singles Match, where victory can be achieved through pinfall or submission inside the ring, or even via count-out.

However, the match cannot end by disqualification, meaning that wrestlers can freely use weapons, interfere, or break standard rules without facing any penalties. Closed fists, low blows, and other typically illegal maneuvers are allowed.

The No-DQ stipulation can be applied to any match type that usually includes the possibility of disqualification, such as 1 vs 1, Tag Team, or Handicap matches. However, it wouldn't make sense for a Triple Threat or Fatal 4-Way match to have a No-DQ stipulation, as these match types inherently exclude disqualifications.

In cases where a No-DQ match involves wrestlers with intense personal feuds, it may also be referred to as a Grudge Match.
