The Last Man Standing Match (or Last Woman Standing Match for female competitors) is a stipulation that eliminates both disqualification (DQ) and count-out rules. This allows for the use of any weapons, breaking of rules, and fighting throughout any part of the arena without limitations.

Unlike most matches, the Last Man Standing Match cannot be won via pinfall or submission. The only way to win is to incapacitate your opponent to the point where they cannot respond to a 10-count from the referee. If neither competitor can stand up within the 10-count, the match ends in a draw. The count is interrupted if the wrestler gets back to their feet with both feet touching the ground.

This match type is exclusively contested in a 1 vs 1 format.

A variation of the Last Man Standing is the Texas Death Match, where you must first pin your opponent and then ensure they fail to respond to a 10-count to win.
