Pro Wrestling ZERO1 is a Indie pro wrestling promotion based in Tokyo, Japan.

The ZERO1 promotion was founded on January 25, 2001 by Shinya Hashimoto, Shinjiro Otani.

Frustrated with the early 2000s Inokiism period of NJPW, company legend Shinya Hashimoto departed the company and sought to create his own. In its first few years, Zero1 was quite the force in Japanese wrestling with plenty of high-profile indie talent, but collapsed in 2004 due to economic woes. Almost immediately, the company recovered due to its wrestlers reviving it.

Today, Zero1 It’s probably the biggest and most indie-rific indie promotion in the country.
