TNA Bound for Glory Series

The TNA Bound for Glory Series was a men's pro wrestling tournament held periodically by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling.

The competition was established on June 16, 2011, and the first edition was won by Robert Roode , while the last edition took place on August 4, 2016 and was won by EC3 .

The Bound For Glory Series was an annual points-based tournament organized by TNA from 2011 to 2013, where the winner earned a shot at the TNA World Heavyweight Title in the main event of Bound For Glory.

The format of the tournament included an initial round of matches, where participants faced off against each other in various bouts, earning points based on their victories and the method of their wins. In the second phase, the top four wrestlers on the leaderboard advanced to the finals, where they competed in a single-elimination tournament to crown the Series champion.

The point system for the first phase was as follows:

• 10 points for a submission victory
• 7 points for a pinfall victory
• 5 points for a count-out win
• 3 points for a win by disqualification
• 2 points to both wrestlers in the event of a draw
• A penalty of -10 points for losing by disqualification

Additionally, special multi-man matches were held, offering different point totals (10, 20, or 25 points) depending on the stakes.

This was a round robin tournament, with the winner receiving a TNA World Heavyweight Championship match at Bound for Glory. In 2016 it took place in a tournament format (instead of the original round robin format).
