This is a newer version of the WCW World Television Championship, with its own distinct lineage.
The current champion is Max the Impaler, who won the title at NWA Paranoia on February 13, 2024, and has been reigning for 281 days (Defeated Mims to "unify" the NWA World Women's Television Championship with the NWA World Television Championship (the two title lineages remained separated) until NWA Paranoia, when Max voluntarily vacated the NWA World Women's Television title to wrestle for the NWA World Women's Championship at NWA 76 as part of the "Lucky Seven Rule".).
