World Wonder Ring Stardom

World Wonder Ring Stardom is a Women pro wrestling promotion based in Tokyo, Japan.

The STARDOM promotion was founded on September 7, 2010 by Rossy Ogawa, Nanae Takahashi, Fuka.

Stardom quickly rose to prominence as one of the top Joshi promotions. Since June 2024, it has been a subsidiary of New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW).

Stardom gained attention for featuring gravure idol Yuzuki Aikawa as a key public figure and for its emphasis on the physical attractiveness of its wrestlers, including the publication of modeling photobooks and calendars. The promotion’s in-ring style is influenced by mixed martial arts, with many matches incorporating a strong emphasis on kicks.

The promotion regularly hosts events in Tokyo and frequently travels to Osaka for multiple shows in a single day. In 2020, Stardom launched "We Are Stardom!!," which aired on BS Nittele and Tokyo MX, marking the first weekly national television program for a joshi puroresu promotion since AJW’s departure from Fuji TV in 2002.
