Putting an opponent through a flaming table is always one of the most extreme things you can do in the recent WWE games, and this feature is still possible in WWE 2K22.
Tables this year received many improvements. The new object physics in WWE 2K22 allows tables to break dynamically instead of being animation-driven. Thanks to this, tables never break the same way twice.

How to Set a Table on Fire in WWE 2K22:
In WWE 2K22, you can ignite a table by spending 1 Finisher stock. Once you have at least 1 Finisher stock, stand near a set-up table, as soon as the prompt "Ignite it" appears, press RT + A on Xbox, or R2 + X on PlayStation to set the table on fire.
Igniting a table is also available in Women's matches.
Setting a table on fire in WWE 2K22 is exclusive to Extreme Rules matches. You cannot ignite a table in other match types like TLC, Table Match, or Hell in a Cell.
How to Pick Up and Place a Table in WWE 2K22:
To pick up a table in WWE 2K22 press LB on Xbox, and L1 on PlayStation.
To place and position a table in WWE 2K22, press A on Xbox, and X on PlayStation.
You can lean a table on a corner of the ring by pressing A on Xbox, and X on PlayStation.
How to Perform a Table Finisher in WWE 2K22:
To perform a Table Finisher in WWE 2K22 follow these simple steps.
First, you need to position your opponent against a table by throwing him with an Irish Whip, or dragging him to the table. While in a grab, press LB to begin dragging your opponent. While dragging, press B to whip your opponent, or LB to release the drag.
Once your opponent is positioned against a set-up table, press RT + A on Xbox, or R2 + X on PlayStation to perform a table finisher in WWE 2K22.
Performing a table finisher requires a Table Finisher assigned in Create-A-Moveset.
Apart from the Table Finisher, the easiest way to get an opponent through a table and win a Table Match in WWE 2K22 is still using a Carry and Drag.
How to Position an Opponent On a Table in WWE 2K22:
Drag your opponent towards the side of a set-up table to lean them against it. Press R-up to lay them across the table and set up an attack.
Other Notes on Tables in WWE 2K22:
- You cannot stack 2 tables in WWE 2K22.
- You can select up to 6 Tables in the weapon wheel in an Extreme Rules match.
- In HIAC, if you place a table in the ring under one of the panels at the top of the Cell, you can put your opponents through the Cell panel and make them fall through the table!
- When you break a Table, the pieces of the table do not disappear from the ring! They stay until you pick up a new weapon from under the ring.
