List of Missing and Removed Superstars from WWE 2K20 Roster - Full Analysis

After playing WWE 2K20 in the 2K Community event in London, we updated the WWE 2K20 Roster Page with the full list of Superstars and Women featured as playable characters on-disc. This includes wrestlers from Raw, SmackDown, NXT, 205 Live, Legends and Managers.

Despite the WWE 2K20 Roster still being one of the biggest of the Series, this year it sees many omissions - especially regarding the Legends Roster, with the removal of major names like Mr. Perfect, DDP, The Godfather, Kane '98 and the modern version of Sting. Lio Rush is another prominent character that oddly didn't make the cut, despite him being playable in last year's WWE 2K19.

Every year, not every single WWE wrestler ends up included in the game, depending on several factors such as prominence in programming, time constraints or other reasons (such as Tommaso Ciampa and Nikki Cross being left out from WWE 2K19 for contract issues).

Unfortunately, this year it also looks like the missing names won't be added as DLC after the release of the game either, as the upcoming Downloadable Content in WWE 2K20 seems to be entirely focused on the fictional worlds of WWE 2K Originals.

In this article, we take a look at all the Superstars and Women that are missing from WWE 2K20, or that have been removed compared to WWE 2K19.

Removed Superstars from WWE 2K20

This is the list of characters that have been removed from the game compared to last year's Roster, including Legends and Superstars that have been released. Removed alternative / duplicate versions of characters are not listed, with exception for King Booker, Kane '98 and the current version of Sting.
