Yesterday a video has been released with plenty of new details on the Create A Wrestler Mode in 2K Battlegrounds on the Up Up Down Down Youtube channel.
So we will be going over all of these details in this article.
Superstar's Gender and Class
As shown before in previous promotional material for Battlegrounds, the player is able to choose what gender and what class they want their created superstar to be.
But something else shown is that once the player has picked their superstar's class, they are locked to 3 different body types that are compatible with their chosen class.
Head Type and Body Sliders
Just like in any other Create A Wrestler mode, you are able to choose from various head types for your created superstar.
If they want to, the player can scale individual parts of their superstar's head and face.
Once they have made their decision, the player can decide on their created star's skin color and use sliders to determine how much body hair they have and what age they will be.
Different Vanity Options and Accessories
The player is allowed then to choose from different clothing and accessories to dress their superstar up in with this including body paint, hairstyles, and body accessories.
They are also able to spend their saved up in-game currency to unlock more customization parts for their custom superstar.
Victory, Taunt and Defeat Animations
Once the prior options have been decided, the player can pick their created star's taunt during a match and their animation for winning or losing a match.
Just like with the customization parts, players can buy more of these animations for their custom superstars to use.
Signatures and Finishers
The player is then able to select their created superstar's signature and finishers with them being able to choose from generic moves or other in-game superstars' special moves.
Once again if the player wants to use the in-game superstars' moves then they need to unlock them.
However, it seems like the player is limited by what in-game signatures and finishers they can select from.
This seems to be linked to the created star's class.
Drop Pod, Name and Nickname
Once they have been selected by the player, they are able to choose what their created superstar's drop pod is.
The drop pod is like the crate that other superstars will break out of before their entrance.
The player can also spend some of their in-game currency to unlock new and uniquely different drop pods to use in their entrances.
Finally, the player has to input their superstar's name and choose from a selection of nicknames.
