Here you find the list of the Championship Titles included in WWE SmackDown! vs. Raw (2005).
There are only 4 Championship belts in the game. Like previous games, the titles are only available during Season Mode, and cannot be put on the line in Exhibition.
Along with the titles, below you can also find listed the Default Champions that are set at the start of the game.

WWE United States Championship
The WWE Tag Team Championship and WWE Cruiserweight Championship are not included in the game.

World Heavyweight Championship
WWE Intercontinental Championship
The World Tag Team Championship and WWE Women's Championship are not included in the game.
SVR 2005: Create A Championship
For the first time ever, WWE SmackDown! vs. Raw features a Create A Championship Mode.
This allows you to create your own Championship and then put it on the line against your friends in a fully customizable PPV event. Only Singles Titles can be created.
You can customize your championships with your choice of Material, Designs, Strap Color, Center Plate, Side Plate, add Jewelry, and more. All of this came at a cost though, as you need to "buy" the championships you create by using the in-game cash (earned through Season Mode).
